Current release
The current distribution is @vitext-ru/core and @vitext-ru/editor 1.0.0-beta.6. Install with npm install @vitext-ru/editor@beta; core is installed automatically. See the npm package and public GitHub distribution repository. A browser ZIP is also available for script integration. Beta APIs may change.
Update the complete build
Replace the editor, stylesheet, source.js, codecs.js, their chunks and license notices together. Mixing build generations can cause lazy-loading failures. Rebuild your application and review changed configuration/API before deployment.
Configuration migration
Old min/mid/max names became simple/base/pro and are rejected by the current API. These are Community UI presets, not commercial products. Verify features, explicit toolbar order/menus and plugin versions after upgrading.
Regression checks
Restore real saved JSON/CSS, test HTML/Markdown import, source validation, history, images/tables, plugin cleanup and mount/destroy. Keep recoverable backups of application data before migration. Options, compatibility.
